आलू की पकौड़ी रेसिपी  Potato Dumplings Recipe :-

Yah ek lokapriy chaay ka samay hai. pakaudee banaane ke lie aaloo ko kattoo ke aate ke ghol mein dubokar aaloo banaaya jaata hai.

It is a popular tea time snack. Potatoes are made by dipping the potatoes in kattu flour batter to make dumplings.


Potato Dumplings Ingredients:- 

1 cup poultry flour
2 tsp rock salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Water
Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
Ghee for deep frying

Aaloo kee pakaudee kee saamagree:-

1 kap kuttoo ka aata
2 tee spoon sendha namak
1/2 tee spoon laal mirch paudar
paanee
aaloo (chheelakar slais kie hue)
deep phraee karane ke lie ghee

How to make potato dumplings:- 

1. Make a batter by adding salt, red chilli and water to the flour. Use water according to need.
2. Mix the potatoes in this batter. Heat the oil in a pan, pour a little batter in it and see that the oil is coming up at once.
3. Now wrap the pieces of potatoes in batter and pour them in hot oil.
4. Fry them lightly on medium flame. Take them out of the oil and keep them aside.
5. Similarly, make pakoras with all the potatoes.
6. When you want to serve, first heat the oil again and this time allow them to turn golden brown.
7. Remove the pakoris from the oil on a paper towel so that the extra oil comes out and serve.
8. Note: You can use gram flour and plain salt instead of kuttu flour, if you are not making them for fasting.

Aaloo kee pakaudee banaane kee vi​dhi:-

1.aate mein namak, laal mirch aur paanee daalakar ek baitar bana len. paanee ka istemaal jaroorat ke hisaab se hee karen.
2.aaluon ko is baitar mein daalakar miks karen. e​ka kadaahee mein tel garm karen, isamen thoda sa baitar daalen aur dekhen ki tel ek baar mein upar aa raha hai.
3.ab aaluon ke tukadon ko baitar mein lapetakar garm tel mein daalen.
4.inhen meediyam aanch par halka braun phraee karen. inhen tel se baahar nikaalakar ek taraph rakh den.
5.isee tarah sabhee aaluon se pakaude bana len.
6.jab aap sarv karana chaahe usase pahale tel ko dobaara garm karen aur is baar inhen goldan braun hone den.
7.pakaudiyon ko tel se nikaalakar pepar toval par nikaal len taaki ektra tel nikal jae aur sarv karen.
